So I bought a civic but the moonroof fabric is ripped and its unglueing from the foam backing. Anyone know of any glue or have any ideas to fix it?

 

All you can do is recover it or take it to an upholstery shop and have them do it, when it is that far gone where the material is separating from the foam backing any glue that you apply will probably soak threw the old material. At my shop we normally charge between $75-$100 to recover the sunshade
