moisture in my headlights!!!!

I was wondering do any of you have had condensation in your headlights? because I had some on my passenger side headlight. At the dealership during one of my service visits I spotted the condensation it was in the morning and pointed it out to them, they acknowledged it and replace the whole headlight with a new one. But couple months down the road the new headlight started to have the same problem again!
Even the driver side headlight had at one point! I thought only after market headlights only would get because I owned a 2001 honda civic and I installed projector headlights on my own and those got the condensation on them! I dunno what's going on, but I hope it better not be a condensation curse! lol

There is a bad seal- could be where the lens attaches to the housing or the rubber plug where the wires go in to the housing- silicone helps there

Replacement warranty parts have their own warranty- go see the dealer again
Speak with the SERVICE MANAGER not the service WRITER

I'd bet its not the housing but a bad seal on either the projector or one of the bulbs in the headlight.

My driver's side headlight has major condensation, there are a great deal of droplets. I heard of placing a decanter in the housing, but I doubt this will help much.

I have an 04 TL, and I have been driving it for 5 years now so my warranty is over, and I have 47k miles on it.

Any advice will be great appreciated.

One thing I can suggest is you take advantage of this. There are 2 options you can go for:
1. Buy new headlights to ensure that it is the headlight seal and not somthing else.
2. replace the bulbs (fog and turn signal) and projector seal $$$$ and hope that's it.

Its most likely to be the fog and turn signal, I suggest you replace it as the seal may be going on that. Once you do that see if it gets water inside. If it does, its either the headlight or the projector seal. I am thinking if its not the bulbs, it would be the headlight seal itself, take advatage of this and see if you can trade in your lights in JnC's groupbuy for new headlights, he reseals them and can do addtional work like clearing the turnsignal or painting.
