Have they ever been opened? Like to black out or clear them?

I've had this happen to me today. It never rains in phoenix but it has been all day today. I notice moisture when i run the car through the car wash. Tonight the lighting on the headlamp that gets the moisture buildup went out and is not working. I guess I'm going to check tomorrow once it dries out to see if the electrical stuff is bad now.
Any suggestions on what do to now?

Condensation can occur if a seal is broken on the headlight:
1. Outer seal around the headlight
2. Seals on the turn signals
3. Seal on the DRL/Fog light bulb
4. Seal on the HID cap/system
The best thing to do is try turning on the headlight after a few days of letting it all dry out. Then if it doesn't turn on try ripping into it to see what is going on. If it does work, take a look at the headlight and make sure there are no cracks along the edge. As well, take a look at all the bulbs and make sure they are properly locked in place with the seals making good contact.
