Mirrors woln't work

So for about a week now neither or my mirrors will adjust to the left or up. WTF?? could it be a fuse even though the mirrors still adjust to the right and down?

If your windshield washer pump doesn't spray and the green light in the rear view mirror is out, it's fuse #20.

If it's not that, check fuse #7. (under dash fuse box for both)
