Mirrors only works certain ways

Notices a few days ago my drivers side mirror stopped moving down when I put the car in reverse. Today I drop the car off at acura for an oil change and wash and when I get the car back the drivers side mirror was facing all the way down. The switch won't move it up or to the left but the down and right button do. This is for both the pass and drivers side. Mirrors will only go down and to the right. Up and left don't work all of a sudden.

Any clue

there are a few threads that discuss this. i had the same problem, but not as severe as yours. you have to replace the mirror actuators. i got mine online for i think $32 each...better than the dealers $72 each for parts and labor.

search around to see more.

Will check it in the am. Looking thru that thread it sounds exactly like my problem as I now do recall trying the winshield washer a few days ago and nothing came out.
