Metallic squeaking after caliper painting

Hey guys, I painted my calipers yesterday and they turned out great. However, when I'm driving theres an odd metallic squeaking sound coming from the front wheels. It only happens when the brakes are hot though. It seems to happen on the driver side when the brakes aren't applied, and on the passenger side when the brakes are applied. I think it may have something to do with the clips that hold the brake pads in, but I can't be sure. Anybody have any idea what this could be or how I could fix it?

check to make sure the clips aren't touching the rotors. On my other car, the clip got bent, so it was scraping the rotors.
