Memory seats

New to the community forum. This has been an ongoing issue for me. The power seats for my 08 Type S work, however the memory buttons themselves don’t work at all. My seat will still go and adjust itself upon me opening up the door but if I press the actual memory buttons themselves they don’t function. What can I do? Please help, thanks in advance!

I believe when memory buttons are not working, it means that one of the components associated with the memory button is not working (most likely the mirrors). Otherwise it could be some electrical component to it, like a fuse maybe?

Both the mirrors function properly so I’ll start off with the fuse and go from there.
