melted seat TL

Whatever you do, don't put fast food, say a take out order of Indian/Chinese food on you car seat - the seat covering will melt. It's supposed to be leather but it's a leather that shrinks about 50%. I know there is a plastic coating on the leather - that's the melting part but the shrinking part does not make sense?

What about seat heaters?

I assume your take out was hotter than the seat heater, which I find tough to imagine as now that the weather is cold, I've been using the seat heater and on the high setting can't take more than 10 min.
