Lumbar support snapped!

Hey,

Today on my drive I was playing with the lumbar support.

I stopped to get gas and right when I got in my car and sat in my seat I hear and feel some snapping and stuff going on from in the seat and no more lumbar support. I hear the motor, but no movement.

Opened the seat back cover and this is what I see:

The bottom portion of the plastic thing looks snapped, and I don't even know what its supposed to look like back there.

Looks like everything is out of place!

Can anyone guide me?

I want my lumbar support!

Okay, so I fixed it using zipties.

My horizontal bar sits under the notches, though.
And rockstar's is on top of the noteches.

Rockstar's:

Mine:

How is it supposed to sit?

Mine hasn't help up forever, either.
I've just gotten used to no lumbar support.
I don't understand my photobucket. It keeps saying I've gone above my limit and killing all my links...but then I'm only at 56% full on the website.
