Hello, I need help if someone has this issue before. My back rear door is jammed and cannot open it neither from outside or inside. The child lock was on, so this is the reason I cannot open it from inside. But there is no way to remove the control panel(without breaking it) to see what is the reason I cannot open it from outside. Does anyone know how to open the door?

You sure you're pulling from the outside hard enough? Sometimes after heavy rain or a car wash some car door get slightly stuck because of the water molecules forming a water bond around the door seals. Just pull a little harder

 

Take it to a body shop so that they can open the door for you. (Or maybe a locksmith?) Take the door panel off and you should be able to open and close it. Then you can troubleshoot what the problem is.
