Lucas engine oil stop leak. Anyone use it?

Anyone use this? Local shop has a huge list of maintenance for my 07 high mileage type s which includes replacing all the seals. Was told to try this stuff it might save some $. Mechanic however said stuff is too thick and not good for the car. Of course i dont trust anything he says. Just curious if this stuff is worth a shot? My cars not dripping oil everywhere but i can see where its leaked out around some engine components and undercarriage.

Personally I've never used any stop leak products. I just keep up with maintenance and replace those parts to make sure my car lasts as long as possible.

I've used stop-leak products in plenty of vehicles with varying degrees of success.
I say give it a shot.
