Low frequency noise

I was wondering if anyone has experienced the same issue as me. I have a 2008 Tl Type-s and whenever I start my car I hear a low frequency bass like noise coming from the rear. I turned off the radio and the noise continues so I don't think it is that. The noise continues when I drive and I think it is a bit louder at idle. It continues until the engine gets up to temp then it goes away. The weird this is when I open one of the front or rear doors the noise stops until I close the door again. However when I open the windows with the doors closed the noise continues. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks

Your car may be haunted. A deceased former owner maybe?

Sounds like Active Noise Cancellation. You can unplug the mic's for the system to stop it. The ANC system will cause a thumping sound for folks that install aftermarket subwoofer/amp on TLS

I also read you can cover the mic and it will temporarily disable the ANC I will try both and see if it makes a difference. Thanks!

I covered the rear mic and the noise goes away until I uncover it. I don't have any aftermarket sound system parts though so maybe the mic is just broken. Thanks for your help!
