Low air flow through vent?

I have an 06' AT w/ navi and was wondering if anyone had problems with the heater or A/C producing little amounts of air flow through the vent. This morning it was 24 outside and I turned up the air flow all way with it being vent and floor and I barely felt any air at all coming out. Is this typical or do you think something is blocked? I really only notice it when I have air flow going in two directions, but there still should be more output than what I'm getting I would think.

All you need is a new air conditioning filter ($26.00 @ dealer). This filter is very easy to change, jujst remove you'r glove box you will find it right in front of you. Takes about 5 mins. hope that helps
