Lost key only have the valet

Is it possible to use the valet key to create a new key that will start the car?
I have a 05' TL and the gf lost the only key and fob I have.

a locksmith can do amazing things

Yes locksmith can cut the right key for your car with valet key. They will have to mess with PIN NO 1 on the front of the key to make sure it operates the glovebox as the valet key has no "cut" on pin 1 to help open the glovebox. Best bet is to check the key works fine in the glovebox and rear trunk access along with front door and ignition.
