Loose window parts!

Hey guys! Im just trying to do a friend a favor and fix her window motor for her, I'm no pro but I've done it on my Z twice and an accord so thought it couldnt be that hard. I have gotten to the motor but some parts have fallen on the inside and im pretty sure thats not suppose to happen... thought someone would know what these are for (spring, plastic Y looking thing, metal cover w/ grease on one side) and what this other loose cable is?

Replace the motor/window regulator. The cables are snapped.

So put the window motor on and replaced the regulator but now the window closest to the door handle is going further up then the side near the mirror. it looks like they are going up evenly until it gets up till an inch left and the one side goes up more...

Re-align the window glass. Pull it out and make sure the window channel/rubber isn't binding.
