I have been to King Acura service dept twice and have been told wrong info twice. On 08 where do I look? Internal?

Found not internal but behind 8 bolt cover which the dual linear pressure solenoids bolt to. There are 4 inside 2-A’s and 2-C’s of which all test good. 12v applied with audible click heard on all. How or why should I still get p0974 code?

 

Maybe one or more of the causes below?

 

Only thing in that list that may fit is PCM update flash
