i had the same issue with my 04 tl but not that many lights were out , i took the car to the dealer and i think all they had to do was changed a fuse or two. right now i have 07 tl-s and the heated seat switch lights went out for a couple of weeks but they came back on by themselves , haha .

 

OP's problem is not a fuse. It is individual bulbs that have burnt out/problem.
