Hey I don't know a whole lot about cars and I have a 04 TL, I am having a problem with my front headlight - it is not the headlight itself but the driver side blinker light (orange light)

When I turn my lights on the headlights turn on and the orange lights are supposed to come on with it - but the passenger side light works and the drivers side does not turn on, but when i put my drivers side blinker on it lights up fine, or when I do the keyless entry and both lights are supposed to blink the drivers side one does not turn on, the only time it works is when I activate the blinker and the light turns on full blast

I am not sure but I figure there must be either two lights per orange light, one less powerful than the other which is not turning on when i have my headlights on or when i use the keyless entry but works when I turn the blinker on, or the light has two different outputs, one of which isnt working

any help would be greatly appreciated, as well as what part I would need to replace and any advice on how to do it, as you can see I don't even know what to call it or what the technical part is that I would need to order to get it replaced
