light on
Probably most of you guys will hate me for getting gauges; perhaps, i think i will be beaten up on of these days
The installation took almost forever because the place where I took the car over was awful busy. Anyway, everything was going well until the afternoon. I was heading home when one of the lights came on on my dash, it was the indicator lamp. I decided to turned around in order to take the car back to the mechanic and to ask him about it. Once I got there, I had him checked it. He pulled the car in and after few minutes he got back to me saying that he had fixed it. He told me the light came on because of the air filter's hose. Apparently the air filter's hose was being bent somehow. Long short story, after he fixed that, the light went off. I drove home happy and i stayed there for a while. At night, because I was craving for a smoothie badly, I decided to go out to get one. When i started the engine, I realized that the indicator lamp light was on again
I grabbed the owner's manual, and I took a look at the page 243. The page says to tighten the fuel cap and then wait 3 days and hopefully it will go off. Nevertheless, I don't believe it's my gas cap. I mean, I just had something installed and now I'm having that problem. I will take the car back to the mechanic tomorrow and hopefully he will find out what's causing this from happening. In the meantime, any ideas guys??

PS. the gauges are working well.

I found weird the way the light came on twice. If what the books says is true, then i shouldn't have gone away in the first place and then came back later.
I don't know if I'm going crazy but i believe the car is driving a little bit different too

you need to use an obd scanner and get the code number. Thats the only way anyone can help you out here
Goto autozone or advance auto parts. They will scan the code for free. Then tell us the number and we can help you
Are those gauges for oil and trans temps? Cant really see
Where did the mechanic install the temperature sensor for the trans gauge?
