license plate light out, both. Which fuse is this?

license plate light out, both. Which fuse is this?

I' thinking it's weird for both to be out so I'm thinking it's a fuse, bought my car used and it didn't come with a manual. thx

Fuse #21, 7.5A (under dash fuse box).

Electrical Troubleshooting Manual, best investment I've made for the TL....That and the Service Manual. About $100 for both (at least for 2004/5).

ok so it's not the fuse. That's good, how do I pull out the lights?
