Ok so last night i accidentally left my sunroof in the up position...it wasnt fully opened...if you press the button in it tilts the sunroof up and thats how it was..all night. I live in Oklahoma and every morning my car has a big accumulation of water on it. So i hope in and push the button forward to close it. It used to be quiet and now it makes noise. I am guessing that the water washed away some of my grease.

Can anyone point me in the right direction to possibly regrease this sucker? Please be specific if you can! Thanks...

 

Off the top of my head, I think you use white lithium grease to grease the rails. At least that's what the dealer told me. I never did it yet tho.
