Leather Seat Question. Imagine That

I have read all the wonderful threads on the awesome leather seats. My car has 37000 miles on it and it is obvious that this leather sucks.:thumbsdow My question is: Has anyone reupholstered their seats and if so how much did it cost?

take a photo of your seats. my leather has 67K on it and it's holding up ok. Before I used lexol products to clean and condition. Now I have started using leatherique and it is 10 fold better. If you search in the wash and wax section I did a write up on it.

i had a friend who bought a prelude back in like 97, he had the car converted to leather interior...it cost him about a grand...and the leather was soo much better then just about any other oem leather interior...and everything was leather, not just the seating surfaces....

2 tone leather interior would be so sweet. something like this:

Two tone would be sweet. I was considering suede. I'm just concerned about this leather. My friend has an 04 G35 with the same mileage and his leather is in much better condition. I'll try to post pics. The driver's bolster is very creased and it makes it look 10 years older than it is. I was going to get the leatherique conditioner and cleaner kit but i was thinking that it was going to be way more hassel than it would be worth for the upkeep.

Well, you do have to do upkeep to keep the leather looking good. If your not, well, that's probably the problem. I normally clean/condition my leather whenever I do a complete detail. At least once a month. Good luck.

This is my drivers seat. I just purchased the car last week and it has 38000 miles on it. It looks like a wrinkly old man. Does anyone think that this can be conditioned out? Thanks again

your bolsters look close to my bolsters, mine might have a few more wrinkles/cracks in them though from the extra 30K. Try the leatherique conditioner and it should help more from happening and slightly hide the existing ones.
