Lack of power?

Hello i have an 08 acura tl 78k miles i just changed the tires 2 days ago and need an alignment badly. So i was wondering if thats the reason im feeling a lack of power. I dont usually notice stuff like this but it was very noticeable.

Doesn't seem like a realistic cause and effect. I would say get an alignment and see if that does anything. Try and explain what you mean by lack of power as well.

TLove, I don't think so. It's hot outside still-wait until you get back into the mid-50's.

83 degrees could cause some heat soak i guess. Mine seems a bit sluggish when it gets hot it just losses some pep. I am all about batteries lately if you have a 4 year old oem battery its probably time to get new one. I have seen many post here where a new battery gives the butt dyno +/-15 more whp. obviously that's not the case but many have mentioned noticing a difference from replacing the battery. I can guarantee changing out the tires did not cause a power loss unless you dropped some twenties on it. you may have picked up a few more pounds with new tires but you would never notice that.

OP try to reset your ECU may be that will help you with the "feeling loosing power". Searching for a thread of "setting ECU make me happy" thread there is instruction on the DIY.

My car drifts to the right on all types of surfaces and banking, but I'm also lowered on springs, which has added slight imperfections to the front and rear camber that differ from left and right (there is definitely a tad more negative camber on the right). I'm not sure if this applies to you, but a friend of my was on stock suspension and experienced the same issue.

It could be torque steer. Well, at least thats what i'm betting on. I just got an 04 tl with 64k miles on it and noticed it pulls to the right a little at all times. Its more noticeable if you're accelerating hard. I was figuring an alignment and tire balance would fix it, but if that didnt work for you then i'm not sure what else it could be.
