Knock sensor and harness

This is for a 2005 TL, I think we had the knock sensor and harness replaced a year or two ago and I’m getting the P0325 code again. I’m looking at doing this myself and wondering how long of needle nose pliers I need and how hard is is to unclip the harness. None of the videos I’ve seen describe this. Yesterday I replaced the coil pack for cyl #5 and it was running fine and then today I get the error on the knock sensor.

any help regarding this is appreciated.

the only hard thing to replace the knock sensor is to take the intake runner off and usually it’s pretty stuck on to the head
