Keyless entry, Bluetooth & Homelink all not working

I just got my car back from being at the body shop for about 2 weeks. The body shop guy said that while the car was sitting there, the battery died. He jumped the battery then re-entered the Navi/Radio codes but now...

1. Key fobs don't work. I've looked into reprograming. Will try tomorrow.
2. Homelink doesn't work. The red light doesnt come on when pressed. Doesnt open my garage door anymore
3. Bluetooth doesnt work. I press the button nothing happens. Info screen doesnt change, radio doesnt mute.
4. Blue LEDs dont turn on, neither do the overhead map lights. They dont turn on when you press them or when you open the door. Yes i have tried the door/on/off switch. Still doesnt work.

I am the original owner of this car (04 w/ 92k miles) and have never had this problem. Ive done a search and havent found any real answers except on how to reprogram the remote. Any suggestions/fixes?

check the fuses under the hood by the battery and as well in the drive side foot-well. Consult your manual for the exact locations and fuse's that should be there.

should be fuse #6 under your dash.. 7.5A

pull it out and check if it's blown.. replace if necessary. Sometimes a fuse has been known to kick loose as well. If it's a blown fuse.. replace it with #20.. and get a 10A fuse to put in the 20 spot.. there's a tsb on fuse 20 to replace 7.5A to 10A.

Before I tried anything myself, I dropped the car off at the dealer this morning to have them check it out. From what they told me over the phone, I need a new battery (its about time...4years 92k miles, hasnt failed me yet) and they also said i need new battery cables.

They say the cables are corroded and arent providing enough charge to store any of the programed information, hence why non of the programable functions (bluetooth, homelink, mirrors) arent working. What doesnt make sense to me is why the bluetooth and homelink dont work AT ALL. The lights dont turn on when you press the button, phones dont find the car...nothing. Doesnt make sense to me. Talking to the dealer tomorrow when i pick up the car.

Ideas anyone?

my biggest pet peeve is when good advice is given yet not taken.. I would have laughed if the service adviser told me that.. if you car didn't have enough juice for a 50mW memory chip, how would it power your car.. Check your fuses, especially #6.. whether your cables are bad or not.. is another issue. Acura OE batteries are crap, ironic that they are made by a company that is known for decent batteries (Delphi).. but I highly doubt your battery is cutting out power intermittently and once your car is on.. the functionality would have returned for the most part.. I would check the fuse. Replacing the battery & cables is cheap, don't pay their markup.. besides I believe the OE battery has a 100 month warranty, see if they'll give you cash instead of a new one.. otherwise sell the OE Battery and get a good aftermarket battery.. I recommend Optima (red top for stock, yellow top for those with aftermarket systems).. I have a Duralast Gold Yellow top - AutoZone knock off of Optima but 1/3 the price.. it's been pretty good so far.. but step 1.. check underdash fuse #6!

my knowledge is not the best compared to everyone that has given their input on your problem but there is a golden rule that I follow.... If multiple things don't work... check fuse..always.
