I'm sure that I'm not the only one who gets irritated about this..
My key doesn't stay perfectly closed, it always sticks out (varies in how much from day to day) and often opens by itself super easily.
I have a secondary one which actually got so bad - that you didn't need the button on the top anymore, it was essentially a flip/switch blade, barely touch it and it would fling open.
I've tried taking it apart to look at it, but ended up putting it back together because I had no idea what part to adjust.
For those who haven't tried taking theirs apart.. fair warning, it's a real b!@#$ to put back together.


Any solid DIY solutions? Without buying another one obviously.. unless that was cheap and worth it?

 

guiltarplayer has a DIY on this, all you need to do is buy the new fob housing and swap everything over.
