Just crashed.......!!!!

Just crashed my 05 TL. My driver side airbag deployed. Can someone tell me what do I need to replace to fix this problem. Some people tell me I need a new module, airbag, and clock spring. Also where is the SRS module located.

Man, that sucks! Hope you're alright.

Anyway, I hope you're not thinking about replacing the airbag yourself. Take it to a body shop.

if your airbag went off, theres a bit more that needs to be replaced. What about the damage to your car?

Also does your seatbelt retract properly? There is a charge that locks it into place when the air-bags go off to keep you from moving too much. This whole mechanism needs to be replaced. Also why do you need a new module and clock spring?

Yes thanks guys I'm fine. The body damage is minimal it's just the fender but for some reason it was enough for the airbag to go off. But a few people I have asked told me eventhough the airbag is replaced you still need to replace the srs airbag module or reset it.

csmeance is right to check your seat belt. To answer your other questions, yes, you will need a new airbag, and yes, you will need a new SRS unit. Assuming you're going through insurance, as the airbag and SRS unit aren't cheap. Glad you're ok though
