Just bought a TL Type S yesterday.

I hope this is the place to post this, I just bought my TL Type-S yesterday. It has 184000 miles. It's black. It's in really good condition. It has the 6-speed manual. I have some questions about this car. , like what I shift gears when I push in the clutch the RPMs don't seem to fall very fast. It's been awhile since I drove a stick. So maybe this is normal. Also, the ride seems quite Gruff. Maybe that's the way the suspension is. Also, it was pulling to the left, but it had a little front tire and it needs to be aligned. Oh, also, I push the cruise control on and I don't think that works. The mirrors are discolored, but I'm going to let that go. I'm going to change oil to Amsoil oil with a Royal Purple oil filter. I'm not sure what else I'm going to do.

There's a valve in the clutch master cylinder, if I recall correctly, that slows the activation and deactivation of the clutch. You can either remove the valve or just get used to it.

It sounds like youre experiencing "rev hang" which has to do with the ECU and not the slave check valve. The only way to eliminate rev hang is with Hondata.

Welcome to Acurazine..........Since this thread is more about the issues your having with your TL-S, I've moved it to the "Problems and Fixes" area. Good luck and congrats on the new to you ride.

Also my TL has always pushed to the left 5 SPD AT 2008 and the mirror are blue but you can buy OEM from online.
