Its time for spark plug change

So i own a 07 TL type s and I'm at 92,000 the dealer suggest to change the spark plugs and adjust the valve. I have notice the engine sound a bit louder lately. I had spoke to another mechanic he also recommends to change the valve cover gaskets and intake plenum gaskets. So I was wondering if anyone where has done the spark plug change along with the other parts. Thanks for the help. If your located in the West LA area if you know of a good shop it will also help. I posted also in regions but so far no help

only change stuff if it is leaking, otherwise leave it alone. You can change the plugs yourself for about $70. To change the valve cover gaskets involves removing the upper part of the intake manifold. Are you tube seals leaking? Are you seeping oil out from under the valve cover? IF not, leave it alone. Go to youtune and search for Eric the car guy and he will show you how to do a valve adjustment on a TL

OP, if the "loudness" is a ticking sound, stop now and check your plugs for a loose plug.
