Intermittent Starting problem

Hey guys so i purchased an 07 TL with about 100k on it, about one week into owning the car i couldn't start the car, i got a reading saying check system starting, tapped on the starter with a hammer and got it going, i then got the starter replaced assuming that was the problem surely enough it happened again and once again tapping on the starter fixed it, i assumed because it was a remanufactured starter it may have been defective so i took it back and had my mechanic check everything, my battery is good, all the wires and the fuses checked out ok so again we replaced the starter again the problem occurred, this time i took it back had everything checked out again and he said that although unlikely it is possible that again it is a defective part again, i replaced it this time with a brand new starter from Acura, and the first day with it, it happened again at this point i know its not the starter, What else could it be any ideas? again the starter relay, not the HFL because my battery isn't drained, no bad wires or fuses, im thinking it could be the Neutral safety switch.

volts is one thing.

Amperage is another.

Recondition your battery cables and terminals. As in exposing fresh/shiny lead. Partially is fine bc lead is soft and you can over ream it, leading to loose terminals.

If his lights aren't dimming when attempting to crank it isn't an amperage issue from the battery. Start with the basics.

1.) Clean your terminals
2.) Check all grounds and major power feeds
3.) Check all connections are clean and solid at the starter
4.) Watch the voltage at the battery when attempting to start
-- if voltage doesn't dive when you attempt to start, rule out battery
5.) Do the dash lights go on/off when you turn the key?

Otherwise it is a something else in the electrical path between the ignition switch and the starter....what that is...I have no idea.

Could be a bad starter cut relay (unlikely IMO) or a bad steering(starter) switch, part #9:
