Unhappy Interior Door Issue

My door trim keeps popping out and it's really starting to frustrate me. Anyone else have this problem before?

Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks

I'd just use some 3M upholstery glue/spray and tack it back on and call it a day!

yeah sounds straight forward enuf but i glued mine and two weeks later it separated again...i'll try upholstery glue next time and see how it works out. i used a 'general purpose' adhesive last time.
