Have anyone thought about changing out the meter assy (speedometer, tach, etc) from the 05TL to 07TL? I am talking about the instrument panel with the white faced gauges. Will it work on a 05? Called 2 dealers and they say they don't know.

 

it might e hard due to the lack of TPMS wiring, unknow wiring changes and the new MID which is located in the center. I would ask the dealer if he could give you a copy of the electrical manual pages on the 07 and 05 TL to ssee what has changed.

 

i dont think part guys have that info. go to local honda or acura they will help you find out better. AllData will help you, ask a good mechanic they have that software.

 

Not sure if it will fit or not. It might not the connectors may be different or the wires to the connector pins may be different or not in the same place. The only way to tell is to get an ETM electrical trouble shooting manual and compare at the wiring, the connectors and pins.
