ingalls upper balljoint?

need some advise ingalls upper balljoint hitting fenderliner when going over certain bumps...any advise....anyone have the same issue?

I do! This is because of the bolt which sticks up past the top of the control arm. Is your ride dropped as well? If so, on what?
