My TL-S only has 28K on it & its burning Oil, BAD. I'll say i top off the oile and with 300-400 miles it has already burnt 1/4 - 1/2 off the dipstick.

I took it the the ACURA dealership here in fayetteville, NC...But they won't warranty it because of my MODs...(F*ckers). I 've agrued that my mods has no direct link to the burning oil issue, but they still denied my claim.

They try telling me that its the TBS....WHAT ??? TBS causing a MAJOR Problem like Burning OIL...Come ON... Thats the best they can come up with.


ANY SUGGESTIONS ???

My MODs are:

XLR8 Non-Resonated Quad Cat-Back Exhaust & J-Pipe
ATLP RACE Pipe
Custom Gutted OEM Pre-Cats
AEM CAI
UR Pulley
P2R TBS

Print out a copy of the Moss-Magnusson (or reverse that) Warranty Act and take it up to them. Tell them to prove it, which by law they are required to do.
