Idle issues after installing HO Alternator

Hi Everyone,

So, A while back I changed my stock alternator to a High output alternator from Michael Singer. https://www.singeralternators.com

Ever since then I noticed my TL can never idle properly. This is mainly noticeable if I Break a bit hard when I come to a stop, or when I turn on/off the AC. there is a sudden surge in my idle dropping to 600 then back up to 750 like its choking for a second.
I noticed this alternator outputs 14.8V constantly and I think has an ELD bypass built in and perhaps the ECU is trying to lover the voltage and dropping idle?

yes several times. I’m also assuming the idle relearn occurs when battery is disconnected

My procedure was. i turned the car on and kept it at 3000 rpm until the radiator fan comes on. Then wait 10 mins at idle and then the car off.
