I think i put too much oil into the engine
i know the manual says 4.5 bottles
but i put all 5 bottles in, is that bad??
right now the engine feels heavy when i step on the pedal and i dont even have the AC on

An extra .5 quarts shouldn't make that big of a difference. Although if there was already some oil left inside, which there usually is, when doing an oil change then you might want to take some out. Check the dipstick if its past the top mark by a lot. You could just open the drain bolt a little bit to let some out, or try a siphon hose.
No brainer.
For the price of new oil, dump it and do it right if you have any doubts. Over filling is not a good thing at all.

...It is just as important, however, not to overfill the engine with oil. An overfull oil pan may lead to oil leakage through the pan gaskets and seals. Excess oil also can contribute to higher pressures and excessive vapors in the engine crankcase. If the oil level is extremely high, the rotating crankshaft may strike the oil and cause the engine to labor harder. This can reduce gas mileage and actually lead to premature engine wear.
