Hey thanks god i found a page like this to talk about a straight thing
ACURA TL 2004

1) The first thing is that when i bought my car i never checked to open the trunk with the button inside of the car and now i found out that it doesnt work it doesnt open the trunk but with the alarm remote it open and also with the key How can i fix this or what do i need to fix?

2) When i bought the car it has some scratch in the gray grill that has the interior (more idea with the picture below) Can i order this gray thing apart or i have to change the whole board?



3) Exist some OEM function to turn on the car remotely? i just dont want to change my OEM remote for a fake one...

4) When i turn and i try to accelerate turning something u feel like the car gets heavy or like chocking lol somethiing like that, what can that be?

5) This light doesnt work anymore and i have been to Autozone and someplace else and they dont know what bulb can replace that one (CHECK IMAGE BELOW)What can i do for that? its a normal bulb?


You guys dont imagine how an answer for all that could help me cuz i have been everywhere asking about that and nobody can tell me, i will appreciate if someone could help me Thanks in advance

 

There is a disconnect switch for the trunk release button in the glove box which is used to keep valets from getting into the trunk with the valet key.
Move the glove box switch to the other position and your trunk release button will hopefully work.

That sounds like "torque steer," which is a characteristic of more powerful front-wheel drive cars.

The bulb is an LED assembly, it's called your rear side marker assy. You remove the whole assembly and replace it. Order it from your local dealership or from one of the two Will listed. (PN: 33650-SEP-A01 - R, 33655-SEP-A01 - L)

The silver trim pulls right off. Shim the rear of it and slowly pull it off. There are 3/4 tabs on the top so you'll have to pull it with more force than the bottom / rear.

Torque steer is not a problem unless your name is Justn.

If the valet button in the glove compartment doesn't allow you the functionality of opening the trunk from pressing the button inside, the connector of the button may be off or switch may be broken.

I thought it was only the bulb because the whole assembly looks nice the only problem its that the light doesnt turn on anymore lol. But i guess i will have to buy the whole assembly :S WOW

I ordered this aluminum "Garnish" thing, but im going to hondaa king cuz it looks kind of messed up to install and uninstall this.

About the trunk, when i go to hondaa king i will tell them about the trunk button to see what is the exact problem...

btw, I hate to bothering asking for every single part of the car, do you know any page where i can see the parts names of the car? Because i want to buy this part (look at the picture below) and i spent my whole saturday just looking for that part everywhere and i couldnt find it! Have any idea of the name or part#, dont tell me i need to buy the whole panel just because of that...

 

You can't buy the individual pocket, you have to buy the whole panel. Panel (Base Panel Assy) depends on the color and possibly year. For light tan:

They're about $300 / ea

Hey man thank you about the rear side marker i already ordered and installed that and everything cool, the only problem was trying to take out those clips in the trunk that are like a Locks... Any idea how to take that out easier for the future? The only thing that its getting on my nerve is the trunk issue... I dont know what to do to fix that, any idea? Its not locked in the glove box, i cannot open it with the bittom inside but i can open it woth the alrm remote at least....
