I caught the side of the garaged and cracked the driver side mirror.

Notice that crack is vertical, outer clear plastic fell off and there is another hole on the inner corner):



I saved larger clear and painted missing parts, but some smaller ones are missing for the painted part.

I need to glue where the mirror housing cracked open
and to patch cracks.

My questions are:

What is the best kind of glue to use for this?

Do you have any recommendation for what material to use to patch small holes that are going to reamin?

my side mirror cracked before too, was only about $70 for a new mirror cover painted from acura, should look better than any repair
