How to remove the speedometer

How to remove the speedometer

Hi,
My speedometer on my Acura TL 04 need replacement. How can I remove my Speedometer on my car. I searched on the forum but I didn't find anything. Let me know folks

Looks like it may be pretty simple. Pull the black surround piece (bottom first), lay down a cloth on the steering column, remove 4 screws and 2 connectors. This gets the entire gauge cluster out of the dash. Once the cluster it out, you would have to eyeball it some to figure out the speedo.

theres a set of torx screws on the back of the cluster to take it apart

There's no screw for removing the black surround piece?

No screws, just clips. Pull out the bottom first, then the top.

after you get the black cover off theres four screws that youll need to remove to on top and to below oh and use a magnetic screw driver...
