How to remove door lock rod?
Hey, I'm replacing my door actuator and the panel is off.
The two gray connectors attached to the actuator is off, the metal rod that conencts to the door handle is off, but I don't know how to remove the metal rod that connects to the keyhole!!!
This is the only thing left I have to remove!!
Any pointers?

Nevermind, figured it out.
This DIY is horrible.

To unhook the door lock cylinder (the metal rod to the keyhole) you disconnect it from THE KEYHOLE area (not the latch area).
