How to make touch up paint blend in?
i recently applied some touch up paint near the trunk area due to some minor scratches, i thought it was perfect at first but after 2 weeks after the car gets a bit dusty i noticed the area where i applied the paint looks so "CLEAN", which doesnt look right, it sounds kinda weird but u can only notice that "CLEAN" spot from certain angle, my friends can't tell the difference but I CAN and it somehow bothers me...how can i make it fully blend in with the original color of the car? help please

Where did you get your touch up paint? I'm looking for some at the moment.

If your paint is metallic, you simply cannot make it look right when you touch it up. Metallic doesn't lay down the same when brushed or dabbed in as it does when it comes out of a spray gun. Even if the color match is perfect, the metallic match won't be. If the filled in area is higher than the surrounding paint, you can polish it down so it isn't as noticeable.
