Horrible Sounds When Starting/Stopping Car, Please Help Diagnose

For a few weeks now my 2007 Acura TL has sounded like a mini-diesel whenever I drive by a fence in the neighborhood or go through a restaurants drive-thru. I opened the hood today and recorded myself starting the car a few times and noticed the sound is a bit worse then I originally thought it was. Can anyone help diagnose what the issue my be?

Start by pulling off the drive belt and turning the car on. Then we can proceed.

Would you mind explaining what I should look/listen for after doing this? I'm just trying to understand the idea behind doing this.

To see if you can still hear the mini diesel noise. Process of elimination to see if its any of the pullies that need to be replaced.
