Horn problem?

So, just wondering if anyone has had problems with their horns at all? Pretty damn sure I got some moisture or something inside of mine because it sounds like it's inside of the car, all crackly, and like a fog horn. Lmao. Are these expensive new? I can't honk at people anymore to get the hell out of my way because it sounds so bad.

My low tone horn went out. Car sounds like a bitch. I'm replacing it when it gets warm again. You can test the horn by applying 12V to it. You have to pull the front bumper off to access the horns. About $50 a piece, new.

Behind the bumper on the passenger's side. You'll only be able to access it by removing the bumper. Once it comes off, the horns are fairly obvious. They look something like this.
