Horn gone bad?

I went to honk my horn today to alert someone in a parking garage and it sounded like a clown car. I only heard the horn on the right side of the car, so I'm assuming something is broke/burnt out on the drivers side. Can anyone direct me to a part, price, etc?

Thanks.

The horn is actually made up to two horns - a high tone and a low tone. One of your horns have probably stopped working, most likely the low tone.

The part numbers are the following:
38100-SEP-306 - low tone, ~$60
38150-SEP-306 - high tone, ~$60

Dude that sucks. I've been too lazy to address mine but I don't feel like taking bumper off. I too suffer from "Clown Horn"

I know exactly what you're talking about because my low horn driver has been replaced either two or three times (I have a 2004 TL). Pain in the arse. It's been acting up yet again the past couple of weeks and I don't know whether it's simply due to the extremely cold weather (temperature was –2°F this morning when we woke up), an electrical problem, or my wearing out the horn from constant use!

It's irritating because the TL has a nice horn sound and when the low driver fails it sounds idiotic. I'm not sure whether to replace mine with yet another OEM horn or to go aftermarket.

For those unfamiliar with the issue, you can hear the sound in question by viewing this YouTube video and fast-forwarding to the 2:10 mark. (BTW, in several different clips from that same day, the horn only malfunctioned that one time, so it's probably not the weather.)

Go aftermarket! You can try to get the same one as found in the Top Gear Arctic Special

Sometimes water will get in there and cause the clown horn. Happen to me and I remove it and place it in a bag of rice for a few days. Works like new again.

Thanks for all the information guys. I was really hoping this wouldn't involve a bumper removal. UGH.
