horn doesnt work after 5 months of not driving the car
ok long story short got into an accident 5 months ago and i just got my car back today after being at the body shop for 5 months and my horn doesnt work. checked the fuse and its good also when the factory siren goes off i hear the horn but when i press on airbag it wont work..the airbag was changed and i just gotta get the airbag light turned off now is that the reason or is my horn busted?

Since the airbag was deployed and replaced, I would say maybe the horn switch in the steering wasn't hooked back up? Take it back to the body shop and have them check it out 
By factory siren do you mean the beep when you lock it, or the actual alarm when you press the panic button?
