Hello everyone im acu117 a new member and i have a few questions and need some help if possible. i purchased a him clone v3.012.30 from "zues tech" in china and installed everything properly. i was able to connect once to my 05 tl and read the read codes but while i was reading the possible failures in my DTC, all out of sudden all three light came on "green,yellow,and red" on the him, then it said it was disconnected from vehicle on the HDS sceeen, and has had all the lights on since. when i check the error msj on the "cm update (ECU rewrite) it say it has error 40 no communication/connection to either the "usb to rs232" or "from the him to vehicle DLC", i double checked everything and fuses and everything was normal. earlier on today i seen on @SpeedyGee honda HDS/him clone post that he had faulty pin solders that he just touch them up and it worked. so i dediced to open mines and take a look at it. when i open the him interface i notice that on my "DLC wires>clip>circuit board" had two pins bridged and his didnt as i notice on the his pictures. so i fix it and removed the bridge and since i was there i touched up the rest of both small and long pinouts to be secure. once i intent to connect to vehicle with the HDS, it still has no connection to the vehicle as well as all three lights are still steadily on. so tried to run a self-test on the him but any time i plug any sort of power into the him all three lights steadily stay on. does any one have any experiences with this that doesnt mind going over or helping with the diy steps for the hinda him clone v3.012.30. or even if i can reprogram the him would be great. Any help is awesome and thanks in advanced.
