HIGH VOLTAGE 17.6 volts

Driving home last night all the caution lights came on, VSA, anti-lock braking all the lights.

I look at my Pioneer deck and the volts are bouncing from 14.1 - 17.6

I have a new alternator DC power 200amps, and XS power batteries, all about one year old, what could this problem be?

Voltage Regulator ??? Where is it ??? if So

Probably a defective voltage regulator thats parts of the alternator.
