I'm having issues with my 2000 TL. It starts with no problem when engine cold, but when I cut the engine off and try to restart 10-15 minutes later, the engine will not turn over. If I then wait 35-40 minutes, the engine starts with no problem.
Suggestions?

 

You have heat soak prob. Your fuel pressure regulator, what color is the dot on top, if any?
