HID's flicker
I am havin issues with the white light HID on the right side. It sometime flickers but doesnt come on completely. I wanted to know the size of the bulb and the watt it is for the color.

OEM bulbs are D2S and are 35 watts.
the color of the bulb is 4300 Kelvin

take a look at this thread to see if its something that you are capable of doing yourself

One more question is that the bulbs need to be bi xenon so they can work with high and low beam right? Any good brand of bulbs?

D2S is the Bi-xenon.
its one bulb for the highs and lows.

OSRAM is the OEM or original bulb that came in your car.
Phillips is another great brand.

It may also be the ballast or igniter.
