Sup guys,

I noticed the last night on my way home from work that one of my HID bulbs was not on (passenger side), but the fog light is still on. Could it be the bulb, because I've read some threads that refer to the ballast and igniter. I have no flickering it just doesn't come on.

It most likely is the bulb. You can swap the drivers side bulb to the passenger side and see if it works. If it is the bulb, I would change both the drivers side and passenger side together.

 

Update: When I was on the way home from work tonight both lights came on. When I got home I turn the light off and then on again and the passenger light did not come back on. I'm thinking its the bulb too. Does that sound like its just the bulb.

 

mines was doing the same thing my passager keep flickering on and off till it finally gave out. i looked more into the problem and found out it was the ignitor

 

run through some trouble shooting.
then by deduction, figure out what the problem is.

swap ballast, if problem follows then its ballast.
swap bulbs, etc.
